European Day of Languages

Today has been a day of celebrating European languages and culture. A special assembly for the whole school gave our bilingual children the chance to demonstrate their language skills, while others spoke about objects they had brought back from other countries and their significance. To round off the celebrations, the Year 8s treated everyone to a performance of Greek dancing, with an encore that included the teachers as they couldn’t resist the temptation to join in!
