The Charity Fair, held just before half term, raised a very impressive £1278 for Coram, the Prep School charity of the year. The Charity Fair is fast becoming a firm fixture in the school calendar and this is the most successful event so far. The fair concluded a day of fundraising, which saw the whole school wear red and orange, the charity's colours, in return for a donation.
I never fail to be impressed by the enthusiasm and imagination shown by the children as they plan and man their stalls, and also support each other's efforts. The amount raised is a credit to their hard work and we are delighted to have raised so much for Coram.
Coram's aim is to provide better chances for vulnerable children. The charity helps more than one million children, young people, families and professionals every year. For more information on Coram, please visit their website.
