Hilden Grange School

Maidstone Music Festival Success

14 Hilden Grange children performed at the Maidstone Music Festival last weekend, with 13 competing in singing classes and a Year 6 pupil competing in the wind classes on her saxophone. Against some quite tough competition, often competing against older children, the vocalists won six classes with a further seven second places and three third place positions. There was also great success in the wind classes, with the Year 6 pupil winning five classes, as well as gaining an Honours mark in a non-competitive class.
